Processing Time
Orders received by 11am (Sydney time) are usually dispatched the same day or next business day if a weekend.
Please note our minimum mail order value is $25.00.
Shipping Method
We use Australia Post Parcel Post with Receipted Delivery which must be sign for.
No handling fee is added.
We will provide you with the tracking number if required but please note if the item is lost or damaged you will need to pursue the case with Australia Post.
RETURNS POLICY
In addition to your statutory rights, should you change your mind we will happily provide a refund or exchange providing:
- the item is returned with the original receipt within 14 days
- is not used and is in original condition, including packaging
Any freight costs are the purchaser's responsibility.
The following items may not be returned:
- special orders
- the item is marked as non returnable
